Innovative, Partial Weight bearing Lift
Lite Gait is a training device that simultaneously controls weight bearing, posture, and balance over a treadmill or over the ground. It creates an ideal environment for treating patients with a wide range of impairments and functional levels. The Device provides proper posture, reduces weight bearing, eliminates concerns for balance, and facilitates the training of coordinated lower extremity movement. The unique harness design not only permits unilateral or bilateral support allowing progression of the weight bearing load from non to full weight bearing.
The LGI 360E features 32″ of powered lift that can quickly bring a patient up to 6′ 8″ tall and 360 pounds from sitting in a wheelchair to a full standing position over a treadmill. The LGI 360E model provides postural stability and biomechanical appropriate posture.

Adjustability
The wide range of adjustments built into these systems allows facilities to easily treat all their patients with the same unit.
Yoke
The Y-Shaped yoke supports the patient from directly over each shoulder maintaining posture and balance.
Straps
Four overhead adjustable straps allow correction of asymmetric upper body posture. Each strap can be individually adjusted to correct posture for proper walking.
Harness
The harness is designed with forces distributed over the abdomen and pelvis to comfortably transfer body weight from the legs to the LiteGait. Support is distributed over a wide surface area that can tolerate compression and weight-bearing, avoiding forces on the chest or in the groin area and discomfort caused from compression in these areas.
