Our Refund and Returns Policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have elapsed, we regret that we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
Certain categories of goods are non-returnable, including consumable products such as tapes, strapping, Velcro, and dry needles.
Additional Non-Returnable Items
Products of a sanitary nature (e.g., vaginal or anal probes)
Unsealed items such as electrodes, moist pads, and similar products
To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return items directly to the manufacturer.
Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of days..
Partial Refunds (Where Applicable)

Custom-made items (e.g., specialised furniture or storage units)
Special-order products imported or procured specifically for a client
Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery (refunds at our discretion)
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
