The Hot & Cold Function
The device has an optional heating and cooling function.
The heating and cooling function can only be used with the “cooling and heating head” attachment.
You cannot switch on the heating or cooling function with the other attachments.
The heating and cooling function can also be used without the massage function.

Heating function: 
– The heat function promotes circulation and can thus prevent injuries before exercising and promote regeneration after exercising.
– You can choose between three heat settings in total.

Cooling function: 
– The cooling function helps with heavy legs after a long day and can be used without the massage function to reduce swelling.
– You can choose between three cooling levels in total.
